Have you ever wanted to know what is being typed on a computer in your home? The KeySweeper can help you figure that out. It is an Arduino-based solution that sniffs, logs, and reports back keystrokes from a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard. It can send the data to the operator over the Internet via a GSM chip or to another KeySweeper when it’s within the proper range.
The device has a backup battery, so even when unplugged, it can still work covertly. It also sends a SMS alert when certain keystrokes are typed. Samy Kamkar has shared the above video and a bunch of other useful information about this Arduino-based project on his blog. How would you improve this project?
